This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which LineUp Design Studio collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the www.design.LineUp.ua website (“Site”). GDPR
GDPR stands for US General/General Data Protection Regulation.
On May 25, 2018, a new law on environmental protection was adopted in all member states of the European Union. What is often referred to as the EU General Data Protection Regulation is actually a series of EU directives:

Main Goals of the GDPR

Basic terms
- The data controller is the one who interacts with the client, collects data and gets how to process it further.
- Processor (Operator) of data – receives personal data from the controller, stores them or decides in some way, according to the specified controller. Citizens’ rights
The GDPR protects and introduces new rights for EU citizens, and gives citizens more control over their personal data:

Personal data
Personal data – any information perceived to be an identified or identifiable choice of a person (“data subject”).

Scope of the GDPR
